complex mid-face treatment

before and 10 days after treatment pictures

Her main cocern was the deep nasolabial folds (line from the side of the nose to the corner of the lip) and somewhat the marionette lines  (the line coming down from the corner of the lip)  but wanted to avoid any  arteficial effect.

She had  1 ml cheek fillers each side to  lift the sagging mid-face and 1 ml  fillers each side to the nasolabial  folds, plus 0.5 ml of fillers to each side to the marionette lines. (5 syringes alltogether)

On the picture on the right, taken 10 days later  note the more youthful, refreshed look in the mid-face with softer and shorter lines, fuller cheeks without  any obvious  "something has been done" effect (apart from some mild, resolving bruises obove the left corner of the mouth)

Botox to  the frown softened the vertical lines between the eyebrows, reduced the "angry look"

However addition of fillers can contribute to an even smoother an longer lasting result

lip fillers

This young lady was dissatisfied with the fullness of her lips especially the thin top lip that "disappeared" when she smiled. With 1 ml lip filler she acchieved a subtle but noticable enhancement of her natural nice shape. Note the flat upper lip is more outturning on the side images.

crows feet

Note how much the lines around the eye have softened. She was very much pleased with the result.

smoker's line - lip fillers

1 ml of lip filler was injected keeping the focus on the upper lip and the lip lines, the rest of the syringe was distributed to enhance the volume of the lips.

6 weeks later she opted to have another 1 ml to build up the columns of the pyltrum (the prominent lines between the nose and the cupidbow), give more definition to the cupid bow and to boost the lower lip volume.

Still natural, no duck lip effect.

1 ml filler to restore lost shape and volume and to reduce the vertical lines above the upper lips. Also note the improved profile contour.
