initially standard doses of botulinum toxin are used and on the follow up appointment (2-6 weeks) further top-up might be necessary to reach the desired level muscle relaxation, this is free of charge

Dermal fillers give an immediate spectacular result, however the final outcome is normally expected after 2 weeks when the swelling and potential bruising settle, top-ups on the follow up appoinment charged per syringe opened
